Looking for this GaASFET(need model)

The GaASFET marked "182", but it's not the actual model.
I have attached the schematic and some photos.

The working voltage of this GaASFET is about +13.5v, gate is a negetive voltage.
Frenquency band is 1GHZ - 3GHZ

Maybe some person can identify the manufacturer via the outline.

Thank you for your fast reply.
But I think MRF182 is incorrect.
The working frequency band from HF to 1GHZ.
And the Gate is positive voltage.
The outline also different.

Could be a NEC part from the same family as NES1823P-30
