Anyone handy with the GM3SEK pi / pi-L network spreadsheet??

I am hopeless with spreadsheets and want someone to very kindly do the calcs for running a Russian GS35B valve on 137khz as both a pi and Pi-L output format amp. Would anyone have the time and inclination to plug in the figures so I can compare with my feeble attempts please? Spreadsheet is attached (hopefully) and the bumf on the valve (tube) is at:
