you should be able to find many github  repo and infos about theses

should be compatible with rtl sdr  software(s)     google fuu ....   https://www.sdrplay.com/downloads/

normally  all of theses gizmos  are mostly for radio reception. cb bands etc ... ,  they don't provide tv decoding,      theses gadgets  use the computer for processing  and do the decoding, it can suck  lots of ressources

some may capture tv broadcasts   ...  personally never seen one do that ...  sure some may exists   DBTV ones   but ....   the problem is getting the softwares for them

if you buy  from Ali or elsewhere,   the seller is supposed to provide you links,  if not,  move away   or do web searches

normally   you go to theses instead   https://www.ebay.com/itm/122303240478?

But almost none of the common SDR softwares do DVB-T or DVB-T2, which was the question asked.
The original Mirics software meant for receiving television is harder to find than the n+1 sdr softwares that support the chipset via the sdrplay api or libmirisdr.
I can't imagine there was a huge amount of the original msi2500 + msi001 based DTV sticks made.

i edited my previous post

yes       a lot of theses gained tons of popularity to receive mostly radio bands,  ham stuff,   for tv   it was more obscur

many broadcast systems are or did send  in digital "air"   mode for a while,  say in Canada,   but most are now dead, it may depend  of the countries around the world ...

they focus on cable or fiber systems, satellite is still going   but i don't know  what's left of theses systems

maybe the @OP  UK avatar    want free tv ??    Maybe this :

In the UK all terrestrial over the air TV broadcasting uses DVB-T or DVB-T2 in the UHF band.  Approx 470MHz to 700 MHz.

I did have a cheap dvt stick/dongle a few tears ago, it died, i lost the disk that had the software on it, the sw was trial and only lasted about a month before it had to be reinstalled to work!, if i could remember what it was called i could search for it to try it, as is it works fine for radio using sdruno, but that doesent work for dvt decoding.

See what Simon, G4ELI, has been doing with regard to decoding DATV with his SDR Console software:
