160kHz from 10MHz

Hi,
I need to derive a stable 160kHz signal from a 10MHz reference OCXO.
Stubborn fact is that 160 does not divide 10 000... but it does divide 20 000 (160 * 125 = 20 000)
Question :
Is it preferable (noise wise) to double the 10MHz to 20Mhz and then dividing by 125,
Or to start by dividing 10Mz by 125 (= 80kHz) and then double 80kHz to 160kHz ?

personally, I'd do it with a SI5351C which can be fed with 10MHz, but it requires at least a small uC which uploads the register parameters

phase noise wise, I'd be better to double 10MHz, which can be done with simple diodes, and then divide down to 160kHz.
