CMW500 options selection
« on: January 14, 2025, 10:53:33 am »
Hello,
I am currently developing an NB-IoT device and considering purchasing a used CMW500. My primary use case for this equipment is RF pre-certification, including putting the NB-IoT module into various TX modes to measure conducted power, spurious emissions, and similar parameters.
I came across a CMW500 with the following options installed:

KM011, IQ VS SLOT TX MEAS
KM012, MULTI EVAL LIST MODE
KM200, GSM RX6 TX MEAS
KM300, NB-IOT R13 TX MEAS
KM400, WCDMA R99 TX MEAS
KM500, LTE FDD R8 TX MEAS
KM550, LTE TDD R8 TX MEAS
KM750, TD-SCDMA TX MEAS

KS750, TD-SCDMA R4 SIG BASIC

However, it does not include the KS300 NB-IoT R13 Signaling option.

Could anyone familiar with this equipment clarify the difference between the KM300 and KS300 options? Additionally, what limitations might I face in NB-IoT testing without the KS300 option?

Many thanks for your help.
