Comments about radiomobile

Hi everyone, i am professional beginner in RF propagation. In my Job i need to simulate coverage of Radio Links in 5 GHz band (PtMP),   i choose Radiomobile because is a powerful and free tool, but i encountered problems such as manage private elevation data (Radiomobile support 1 arc DEM data, and i can't use BIL format data). In the other hand i dont see forums in any sites about radiomobile, i saw little information about the software. My question is, what softwares do you use actually to simulate propagation coverage, to manage elevation data, what do you think is the reason why radiomobile is not heard much, or if it is not really so?
