Data Box Question

Can I use this Data Box to connect a Ham Radio to two different devices, i.e. computer and a relay box.  In other words are the connectors wired in parallel?   Needed a 8 Pin Mini Din Y-splitter cable with one male and two female connectors but can’t find one.
