EMC Ward V070 VHF programming

Radios have been laying around my shack many years.
Now i have searched information for programming but found nothing.
I bought software few years ago but lost it somewhere because i dont know what kinda cable to use?.
There is com connector in back of the radio.

After 5hrs searching old laptop hd i found it.
I found programming software and cable chematics.

I drawn a board for testing purpose.

I need to mill proto board with LPKF s64.

If that works i have to make smd parts and order few.

I measured from radio side DB9 connector and there is no +9v in pin1 ?.
+9.7v can be found in pin7 and -9.7v can be found in pin3

Now im a bit confused.

I decided to disassemble the radio.
Inside I found the ST202 RS232 circuit.

ST202 ic pin8 2nd rx in, goes to DB9 pin8 = RS232 input
ST202 ic pin7 2nd tx out, goes to DB9 pin3 = RS232 output
ST202 ic pin13 1st rx in, goes to DB9 pin2 = RS232 input
ST202 ic pin14 1st tx out, goes to DB9 pin7 = RS232 output

I have lots of issues with this radio.
Still no cable.

they are uncommon radios I tried to make an interface but I can't find the software program my radios have a firmware 09 they are ward 70mhz the program should be
emc ward- Wwstdy from rel 08 to rel 10 do you have it?
could you pass it to me? so I could see if my cable works

My software is for firmware 3 to 6.. i think.

I bought this software from ebay about 10 years ago
I dont know it this correct software for my radios.

But what kind of cable you have made?. What pins it use?.

I think fw7+ need this software.

yes the program should be that but in addition to the program you need a user and password the cable I wanted to try to build what you posted
so I could try can you send it?

Maybe Ward radios are too rare now days.

That cable diagram came with the software is incorrect.
I donno what radio uses that.
I have tryed to look information but not found and i think you chould find it a bit better.

I get 404 every time but my friend downloaded that file and now i can check if programming works.
