That one Russian FTP site that I won't say the name of

There was this Russian FTP site.  Had all the radio software on it - The good stuff - Decoders/demodulators, the stuff you don't find anywhere else.

I took it for granted and now it seems to be gone.  IP is there but no FTP services running and username/password does nothing.

Does anyone on here know what happened to it?  If you don't know what I'm talking about, you haven't heard of it.

I wish I would have archived it all when I had the chance.
