I'm very familiar with FT8 and WSJT-X on the ham bands -

What band were you on?
Did you try another band - what happened?
What happened when you tuned the radio a little on the band you show - did the problem continue to show there?
What do you hear on the radio i.e. is this just an artifact of the computer processing.

Not very much info to go on.  :-//

As I said, probably broadband interference from a bad designed switching power supply, it will come and go until you hunt it down. Just take a portable radio and when you find the source let the owner hear the sound and tell them that it is a potential fire hazard, that always works for me  ;)

Well there is an Apartment building across the Street.
And our neighbour have a House to. My Antenna is on the Rooftop.
So how to locate the noise?

Ever heard about directional antennas and triangulation?

The bands are spaced 137.5 or 157 Hz apart - depending on how you line up the markings on the graph with the bands. Do those frequencies mean anything in your area? I do not know.

You're wrong :P

If you use it just for reception there will be no trouble at all. They are not allowed for transmission. For reception you can do whatever you wish, even building a 100 m diameter parabolic antenna ;)

I would recommend getting a short wave radio with CB coverage, even better if it has a RF gain control. For example the Sony ICF-SW7600GR if you can find one; I think it's discontinued.

It can also be a fun project to build a loop antenna for it, similar to those used for fox hunting.

https://www.everythinghamradio.com/2014/07/fox-hunting/

So, if using the Sony receiver, walk around your place using the attenuator to help you locate the spot where the signal  is strongest.

If hunting for noise you don't need NFM. Actually you don't want NFM, AM or SSB are much better for that.

And yes, not that you mention it, the Tecsun PL-360 or, if you want SSB, PL-365 can be good for this.

The CB Antenna is on the Roof so how should I receive anything down on the Street?
I have a Handhelt CB Radio but the Audio Ports are rubbish and got broken.

You want to hunt for an interference source, right?

That's the point for the portable receiver and moving close to the interference source in order to locate it.

Since when you care about legal issues around your radio experiments ...  :-//

As said above, if you use the antenna only for receiving and don't transmit into it, there is no problem. It may not be technically legal (depends how Austrain law is written in this regard - whether it bans directional antennas as such or proscribes only radiated power above a certain limit) but since you aren't going to cause any interference with a receiver (ok, don't use a regen!), the chances of having problems with the authorities are slim.

Or simply write a complaint to the local regulator about the wideband interference. They may not care about CB but they certainly will about e.g. airband or broadcast bands that are nearby.

Ever heard about a "rubber duck" antenna? Or, much better, build that loop mentioned above because a loop is directional. Heck, even an untuned piece of wire stuck into the antenna jack may work - you aren't looking for the highest efficiency and lowest SWR here.

You walk around with your portable radio with a portable antenna attached (e.g. a whip, rubber duck, piece of wire etc., forget your rooftop antenna) and take measurements of the signal strength.

If you have a directional antenna (e.g. a handheld loop - easy to DIY), you can take direction measurements from two (better more) places and draw lines on a map to see where they intersect - that's where your source of interference is. Directional antenna is preferable, because it is much more accurate and faster method than homing on the source using only the noise intensity.

Not sure what is so difficult to understand on this.

If your portable radio is unable to handle this, get an RTL-SDR dongle, USB OTG cable and plug it into your phone/tablet. There is software for it for Android too.

Did you actually try to report it? Or is that only your impression? I feel that you are more keen to complain here and wait for some magic solution to be proposed than actually do much about the problem yourself.

Nope a friend of mine who can watch Cable TV with a USB Dongle and a pice of wire because some idiot think a proper shielding is not required.

If you don't report it then really nothing. Regulators can't run the triangulation vans over every street all the time on the off-chance that they catch something.

If you report interference, they will go after it, it is their job. Ask any HAM radio operator who got problems because a neighbor complained about interference on their TV or an old junker radio. It is an eternal fight. Or that family that got fined because their crappy baby monitor caused interference at the nearby airport frequency.

Of course, you can also sit on your backside, complain about how the authorities do nothing and hope it goes away by itself ...
