Raspberry pi DMR demodulation
« on: August 06, 2018, 08:07:42 pm »
Hi,

Now I use windows machine with SDRsharp and dsd plus to demonstrate DMR digital signals.

Is it possible to create same setup on raspberry pi B +?

Dsd only works in windows so I am looking for some similar program that can run on raspberry pi.

Thank you

You're going to want the fastest RPi board you can get your hands on. If you've got a 3B+ then you can give it a go. An old B+ however isn't going to work as it is just too old + slow. Buying one of the faster but more expensive Odroid boards might be a good idea TBH.

Hello.
DSD plus is a windows fork of this project
https://github.com/szechyjs/dsd
https://github.com/szechyjs/dsd/issues/67
It should compile on a raspberry pi.
https://github.com/szechyjs/dsd/wiki/Installation
PS: gqrx is also available for raspberry pi. B+ should work. Try it first.
