IC RF Attenuator in Rigol DSA832E-TG

Hello friends
Hope you are doing great.
I have a spectrum analyzer from Rigol, model DSA832E-TG, which unfortunately shows 40 dB less power.
I checked the device and found these two ICs and two diodes that I specified in the figure.
Does anyone know the part number of this IC and diodes? Please help me

The two RF-switches look like PE42551 (discontinued) from Peregrine.
