Identify RF 16pin IC from Garmin DC40 collar

I am currently trying to repair a Garmin DC40 GPS collar, and have found one chip that is faulty. (IC is shorted)
The chip is next to the antenna, so I belive it is a RF transciever, but i can not find a match online.
Can someone please help me identify this IC?
The markings are: RF 10G HD7Z
