Is there an all in one package that allows you to detect adsb on the SDR for win

I used to have this program on my computer but can't find where I first downloaded it. it was an adsb software for your sdr where it contained a file with the .dll and all the setup stuff; just open an .exe and it did the rest with a program called dump1090 or 1090dump but that was just part of it.. An old site I used to use doesn't work anymore and I'm getting frustrated trying to find this with my limited eye sight. ARGGGH!!!1 Seems like the only software I can find needs a dedicated or special sdr. I have the sdr play. 

I just want to see the planes fly around!!!
