Looking for help to build a replicable DIY small infrared deep tissue heater

Hello everyone!!

I am Looking for help to build a :

replicable,
DIY,
small sized,
infrared deep tissue heater

it’s size should be a rectangle 4,5cm (width) x 15cm (length) x 1,5cm (or 2cm) (thickness)

With a wired control device

and above each “resistance”(heater vertical (parallel to the width) band) a button to shut it off individually

the deep heat should reach 38,9C (102F) and 43,3C (110F)

and reaches them in 2minutes max (or maybe add an Intensity button/roller)
