'Make' project Long range text message

Hi,

I remember getting an e-mail for a long range text message radio device in my 'Make' e-mail newsletter. It uses the Low Frequency band to send text messages over 20 miles to other transmitters. I can't seem to find it. Does anybody know what I am talking about?

So its SMS over VLF, NVIS, or similar?
