Micro Photonix Integration OC192 amplifier - datasheet wanted

Hello Everyone,
I have an Micro Photonix Integration OC192 amplifier on my desk.
I know it works from 10M up to 18-19G, but not much else...

Since that company is no longer in business and the internet wayback machine does not have the datasheet, I was wondering if someone on the forum has a copy? I'll post a picture of the amplifier in case it helps.
