Need info on this crystal oven!

This is a small crystal oven I pulled from a junk board. I'd like to use it in a project but am unsure as to how much DC voltage to apply!
Can anybody help?

Cheers,

Corby

SoundTech-LG:
Typically 3.3, 5, 12, 15, or higher.
Start at 2? All the while monitoring for output signal.
Once you get signal, move up to the next typical voltage...

5065AGuru:
The unit is just an oven for a crystal. It has no output of its own.
I guess I could stick a thermistor in it and play with the voltage to find where it regulates?
Just hoping someone might no the nominal DC voltage input.

Not precisely the same model, but at least from the PCL1 family.  Looks like the standard values are 12V or 24V.  I'm surprised that they're proportional control.  I would have expected a simple thermostat.

Ed,

Not exact but thanks! I'll try 12v first and see what temperature it regulates at!
