NRVD does not recognize URV5-Z4 sensor

I bought a URV5-Z4 sensor as shown in the image below. Only my NRVD doesn't recognize it. Is this sensor only suitable for the older URV5 millivoltmeter type, or is the sensor simply damaged?

the sensor works with the NRVD, I also have it in use

I also have an NRVD with URV5-Z4 and I can confirm it works.

Thank you for your response. Because it didn't work, I started to have doubts. So this one is broken and is being returned to the seller
