Pi-Star Repeater refuse to work

for my Pi to use them as an Repeater at Home when I am in the Hills around our House to get a good Connection. Lets say its semi legal but the most important think is way below the 0,5W limit.
I try many settings but the not work. Sadly I dont see any Manual who explain how to set them up.
So any idea to get them run?
(Sry I know why I am hate such Pi stuff if someone have a problem there is nobody who can give a good explanation.)

I try to register there 5x but nothing working.

I have no idea, where you got stuck.

Brandmeister is just the name of o commonly used network. It has nothing to do with fire fighters.

Are you a licensed ham radio operator with a callsign? If not, stop right here and get a license or put the mmdvm board uo for sale

I dont want or never need to connect to anything.
I want use them only as an repeater.

Can you connect to your pi-star webinterface?

Yes and even a Beacon Broadcast on the right Freq. work.
Sadly just 2x it work that my Radio was able to transmitt a (valide) DMR Transmission who got recognised by the Repeater. I dont know what went wrong all time. 
Sadly 99,XXX...% of all How to are doing steps I dont want or even need like connect to the fire fighter Network?!

The point is not whether you want to "support a corrupt regime" or not, but if you may use this device lawfully without having a proper license.

I don't think this discussion is necessarily crimnal because we don't know austrian law and it is possible to do this in the USA legally without a license at the right frequency. the distances quoted are pretty small

its a good exercise because you get to network a radio system. Just keep in mind with a license the setup becomes pointless because the range on a license level transmitter would dwarf the legal repeater/transmitter system

I am not seeing a 'help me with my 3000W linear amplifier hidden under my bed' so I can annoy truckers thread

It run on PMR446 who is the equivalent of GMRS in the US.
Here its <500mw and a non removal Antenna. The Repeater fit into the Bandplan (and work at least as Beacon).
So what is the Output power of that think <100mw?
Beside of that there are a lof of Kids with there Analoge Radio pushing the "Bell", "Alarm" Button and you hear the hole day just "weo weo weo weo weo"... Nobody care about...
Construction Worker use (illegal) 10W Radio on a Crane who I dont know how many KM but a lot of cover... Nobody care...
So my tiny small Repeater who will cover our House are not a problem.
And I am not insane and broadcast to get attention from the wrong People.
