Please help identify this chip

I *think* its a kind of wireless-transceiver, maybe a Bluetooth Module or something close...
Can anyone help identify this chip, please?

QFN38 package? Manufacturer MAL? At least that's what a search for 14939-1 gives me.

Please forgive my ignorance - I've never heared of a manufacturer called MAL?
What does it stand for? Googling "MAL" didn't return anything useful to me?

The place troyosaurus linked. I only googled the various lines written on the chip until one made sense.
