Power/SWR Meter Not Recognized by Windows 10

I keep getting this error code when I plug in the SWM3 power meter.

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

and 

Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

I have searched online and tried everything recommended but it still shows the same code.  I even tried it on a different computer with the same results.  I am now thinking maybe the Firmware may be the problem even though it works fine as a standalone device.

Any ideas?

The website suggests there's a firmware/software update for Win 10, have you installed it?
