Raspberry Pi TV broadcaster
« on: March 21, 2020, 06:38:23 am »
Hi, I know this is a broad question but is it possible to broadcast a video by an analogue or digital signal with a Raspberry Pi or would I need a modulator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need a modulator.  As the PI has a baseband composite video (CVBS) output, to generate an analog TV RF signal, all you need to do is to hook that up to a modulator that accepts CVBS video in.  N.B. the resolution sucks when using the Pi's CVBS TV output!

So are you saying it is possible to transmit but it would be very low resolution?
