Looking for information on Q-Bit QBH-9008, 9009

I recently came across these, and so far, have not been able to find any information on them at all. They are mounted on a small heatsink tab, and have 2 amplifying stages. I am looking for operating voltage, and current, as well as frequency range, gain, and P1dB.
