Hi,
I am not familiar with the low-cost ICs for remote controls, I am looking for a transmitter than can pair with two receivers, i.e. activate both (or more) with the same button.
What should I be looking for in the specs? I am looking for a chip so I stated looking on aliexpress RF modules to have a better idea of what chips are using, no surprise datasheets are basically non-existent
ideally I need a receiver that can pair with an OTS remote control, but the remote should be able to pair with two or multiple receivers (do the pairing at the same time?) having a custom remote is OK.
Most of the modules don't mention the pairing process or capability, does that mean they are factory locked to each other?
Thank you,
Edit, I am turning different lights on and off, no microcontroller involved.
