Si570 - 570CAC000141DG - Needed

I am wondering if anyone has the CMOS Variant of the Si570 they are willing to part with?  The part number would be a 570CAC00014DG.

I am able to secure the LVDS variant of this chip, but the CMOS Variant has been on back order for over a year, with no word on when they may be available again. The PCB I have is designed for Single Ended, so I am hoping I can secure the CMOS variant.

If not, I can go to the LVDS output but I would have to bodge a SOT-23 package FIN1002 High Speed LVDS Differential Receiver. This will take the LVDS and covert it to single ended CMOS at 2.8 - 3.0V output. Not really wanting to do this, but it may be the only choice I have in the short term.
