Kenwood & Trio are the same company.

Back in the day,(early '60s) in Oz,their products were sold as Trio, then later as Kenwood.
Apparently they stayed Trio in some countries.

I have a 1980s TM201A 2m rig that came from the UK,& has the Trio name.(great little radio--only cost $40 at the Hamfest,as it had no mic)
The same thing bought in Aust or the USA was a Kenwood.

Muttley Snickers:
Oh wow very nice.... :-+

I'm petty sure that the book that was supplied in the box with my Kenwood actually belongs to your unit, it has the schematic on the back page.

Radio Tech:
Very nice :-+

All I have is the Heathkit GD-1B

AF6LJ:
I have a heath GD-1B and a Millen dipper.
The Millen needs to be recapped but works reasonably well.
