They have to show investors that they found a way to make AI useful. Otherwise, that would be throwing money away. Windows is long past the point where features are added to make users or developers lives easier. It is all about monetization and investors.

They need to rename their product from Windows to Spyware. For example "MS Spyware 12"... looks good  :)
