Flaming dangerous computer and lack of recall from manufacturer.

I would love to hear comment from Dave on the design of the NZXT H1 computer case and incidents of them catching fire. These has been a lot of talk about them on PC forums and to me it bring up some interesting design flaws that could affect us in PCB design. Should PCB design software flag this sort of thing up? It seems an internal 12v layer runs directly around a screw hole where the PCB is mounted to the chassis effectively causing a direct short to ground. As a result the units have been catching fire. The manufacturer has just been sending out nylon screws and nuts for people to repair their product themselves rather than doing a recall, which to me is piss poor and potentially dangerous.

Wrapper was right. Sounds like NZXT have finally admitted the issue is an issue and crappy nylon screws that will break first time you change GPU is not a valid fix.
