One for the episode wishlist please - I'd love an in depth geeky episode on heat sinking.  Calculating the heatsink needed, using copper fills as a heatsink, using vias to draw heat from pads to inner planes and the other side of the board, etc.

In particular I think looking at the requirements for heat sink on linear regulators woud be a good excercise depending on voltage difference, current load etc. 

And throw in the magic required on how to read the datasheet on a regulator to determine this heat stuff as well.
