Power Supply Comparison Blog
« on: March 13, 2011, 11:01:43 am »
I'd like to see a review/comparison of lab power supplies, especially ones that would be pertinent to hobbyist labs. A few concerns/peeves I'd like to see included: Is it better to have three independent supplies instead of a triple? Why shared displays are retarded (I want to see the voltage, current and current limit displayed at all times for all outputs; blue for voltage, red for current and yellow for limit setting). LCD is for low power applications like portable equipment running on batteries, not for a lab units plugged into the main.

There are a number of separate reviews here, but few comparisons between one model and another.  Just search the archives.

I meant it as a suggestion for a video blog by Dave. I only take advice from celebrities. ;)
