I would really appreciate more videos along the lines of the infinite resistor puzzle #25, Gaussian resistors #215, or the one that used the high precision frequency counter to demonstrate the lack of stability/accuracy in the internal oscillator of a microcontroller (can't find that one right now). I had heard that you need an external crystal to do async/rs232 stuff on a micro, but didn't really get it until I saw that video.

Basically I really like seeing assumptions/rules of thumb demonstrated with real world data. I guess many of the 'myths' videos fall into this category.
One particular idea would be "Decoupling Caps ... do I REALLY need them".
This comes from my own personal experience as a "young player" ... more like complete newb.

OK, I'm an idiot. Turns out the video I was thinking of about the on-chip oscillator was not an EEVblog video. DOH. Here is the link:
But, this is an example of the kind of stuff I would like to see more of.
