Rigol dropping the price on a great DSO!

I heard from Saelig that Rigol is dropping the price of the 100 MHz DS1102E to that of the 50 MHz DS1052E.  I believe the drop is supposed to occur around Dec 1st.  Saelig has already dropped the price.  I had been waiting to buy-- no longer!  I received mine from Saelig today! 

BTW, I'm not a Rigol or Saelig employee.

If Rigol dropped the price, why is Saelig the only Web site offering $399?  Or are there others I'm missing?
