Any treatment on noise sources, propagating noise calculations through multi-stage filtering/amplifying/digitizing circuits, selecting low-noise parts (and understanding the somewhat strange noise units such as nv/SQRT(Hz)), minimizing noise, and using SNR to estimate a good design, etc.. would be greatly appreciated.

Also advice on PCB layouts to minimize noise, proper grounding techniques, etc... would be great
