What model is this?  The pcb suggests it is some sort of Mastech 8??? (MS8).

It's amazing what $13 buys you these days.

I would use it for low voltage only.

I believe it's only for the microamp function.  No 10A from a quick glance at the manual and case.

Short probe leads. Somewhat ok. Not sure on battery or much else.

Question to those who know about pocket multimeters. Which would you get, this one in the OP of this thread or the UNI-T 120C?
For pocket? The Uni-T. No contest.

Your auction doesn't show it but it comes in a really really good case.

Just the case makes it a winner IMHO.


nb. It doesn't have a 10A range, if that's a deal-breaker...the amps range is 400mA (and it has a self-resetting polyfuse if you overload it).
