OMG!!!
I saw 10 years warranty for Siglent SDG1025????
advertising in EEVBLOG front page by a Sainsmart company.
can this be true??
maybe after 10years i'll absolutely use a new one, but this long warranty still very fascinating...

I have not had such a Memo from Siglent.
Too late to check with them today....nearly 6 PM there now.
3 years is the standard Siglent warranty.
A deal like that(if you can hold them to it) has to be worth something.

Fortunately I bought one from them last friday, but didn't noticed this extra warranty... Thanks for the tip ;)
OTOH, where would I be in 10 years ? :D

I have not had such a Memo from Siglent.
Too late to check with them today....nearly 6 PM there now.

Siglent factory warranty is 3 year or what Siglent have stated with product.
This Sainsmart 10 year warranty comes from Sainsmart itself: "It comes with 10 years Warranty by Seller"
Of course distributor can expand warranty as they want but seller is himself responsible what he promise, not Siglent.

Warranty LOL Siglent does not honor their warranty. My brand new Siglent Dso SHS810 was only out the box for 3 seconds when it failed and Siglent wouldn't fix or replace it with a model of equal value.
Go here and read about my problem with their product and watch the video I recorded of the actual fault me and another buyer had with our brand new out the box DSO made by Siglent.

In the end both of us had to fix our own DSO without help from Siglent, in my case after trying to get siglent to fix or replace it themselves they actually tried to offer me a product of LESSER specifications as a exchange ( I still have the email to back this up ) so I would go away. Horrible company will never buy from again.
