A bit late, but Hameg/R&S sells the HZ109. 1:1 and 1:10 with maximum input voltages of +-3.5 V/+-35 V.

Old topic I know, but we have an HZ109 that's been incredibly useful and went a buy another one today only to find Rohde and Schwartz discontinued them Does anyone know of any other 1:1 probes on the market with similar specifications and cost?

The Pintek DP-30HS seems to fit the bill, with up to 30MHz BW, 65V differential voltage and x1/x2/x10 modes.

Cost is around 200 EUR / $230.
