Title: 121GW Odd Failure Mode

Hi All!

I just received my 121GW a couple days ago and I noticed that after checking a few different functions, the red probe didn't seem to seat down as far as the black probe. Then I noticed that one of the sockets appeared to have the top broken off and I deduced that it was actually stuck up inside the red probe. Anyone else had something like that happen? Just curious more than anything.
