Setting up USB Eye Diagram

I want to check the signal integrity of the USB signals on my board using an oscilloscope but I'm unsure on how to go about testing it.
Would I need a third party software to generate a test signal?

Do you have one of those scopes listed? Then you can just follow the test procedure there.

Unfortunately I don't have any of the scopes listed. It also seems like I need Matlab..
