MY PROBLEM :
After unsoldered my NVRAM and installed a IC socket , the "A SWP TRIG D" led begin to flash and all stop
After consulting the troubleshooting diagram and associated tables (thanks MED6753) I found that nothing was to retire of them
FIXING :
following the advice of ALFONS , I tested the socket, pin by pin by lightly scratching the tracks next to them, and BINGO I discovery a track break ... only one out of 28 .. the tracks are so thin and fragile
After fixing, my 2465B is working again but I have error 04 fail 11
Normal, I had lost my calibration datas yesterday during the NVRAM unsoldered operation ... I don't always know why?

This error message occurred to me after I unsoldered the NVRAM and damaged a trace. So this happens when the NVRAM provides corrupt data. After I fixed the error, everything worked.

I unsoldered it yesterday and lost my calibration data
Track damaged around the NVRAM? .... yes it's possible because it was difficult to unsoldered ... I will try that .... thanks

I discovered it after I checked everything with a magnifying glass and, of course, measured it.

Alfons you are my savior
I tested pin by pin by lightly scratching the tracks right next to them and BINGO I had a very little break ... only one out of 28
My 2465B is working again but I have error 04 fail 11 (no calibration data)
As I already found on my programer yesterday , I lost the calibration data
What will pass if I use an another .BIN coming of a new 2465B out the factory?
(I'm not use this scope in professional domain, just for hobby ... extremest precision is not necessary for me)
