After unsoldered and install a external battery on my NVRAM, I have this error message "test 04 fail 01 BU<F77F>"
All seem work normally but how to correct that?
Where can I find the table of all errors messages?

What does that mean"parity error on read"?
What is the action to resolve this problem ?

Most likely NVRAM battery died thus cal data was lost.

Strange ..
I installed an external battery and I can read his datas on my programmer
Is there a clue in the data that makes it possible to be sure that the data are real 2465B data or parasitic data due to a defective NVRAM?

Do you have backup? If yes, program it and see if it helps. Or program some other backup (after copying current NVRAM content), there are some posted on this forum.

Program known working data and see what happens. If it works, then current data was corrupted.

It's been said a couple of times. Unless you do a full calibration on the scope it will not work properly. There is no point in loading data from other scopes. Calibration data is unique to the individual instrument. It may make the error message go away, but it will not work properly.
