Test Equipment - How To Entertain a Nerd
« on: February 14, 2017, 01:06:50 pm »
Hello All

I’m not sure if anyone would find this interesting at all, but I put together a montage of just a small part of my ever growing collection of test equipment with perhaps the most annoying music in the world.  I have started to learn about making videos and I have to say people like Dave Jones and Big Clive etc make it look much easier than it turns out to be – Much respect EEVBLOG hats off to you.

Nice work and very entertaining.   :-+ :)

It may well be the first time ever that sock puppets are actually welcome on the forum, in the past they have generally been put through the wringer and then torn to shreds.   :D ;D

Surly your friends are not proper nerds. It's quit entertaining :-)

Glad you enjoyed it.

Im very far from the electronics expert. I just enjoy buying old test gear for cheap repairing it and trying to figure out how to use it. Unfortunately like some people have said it can become somewhat of an obsession.  All the pictures were just from the stuff in my home hobby shop. I have  filled the equivalent space to a double garage at work and also my own garage. My wife is starting to reach the end of her tether as she keep finding stuff I have hidden under the bed etc. I need help!

Tea is like oil for Lubricating the mind.  I’m actually a ashamed at the amount of Tea that I drink in a day. It’s about 5 cups before noon and a similar amount till bedtime.
