hi, I just completed the above project. not to sure if its working right. at turn on the meter pointer goes all the way to the right. this happens without shorting the probes. is this correct. scoping the output, I get a 94khz square wave at a pp of 90mv. when I short the probes the meter does not swing all the way to the left. need help. thanks. has anyone built this project?
