Hello loneranger  sorry I am unable to help with a manual, But I can say it is not that old I have seen the same or very similar in Automotive repair shops.
Look on Ebay they might have one to compare not to purchase, looks Chinese origin.
Regards
Trev

Most of its functions are very obvious.  The only things somewhat obscure are the comparison record and memory functions.

If I had one I would just experiment and see what it does.

This thing pales in comparison with my GR 1658 Digibridge which has limit functions, bins for selection, and more.  I played with it many times and it's just not user friendly.  And I have the manual.
