Extech Customer service
« on: June 06, 2014, 01:00:23 pm »
I bought a new Ex330 multimeter  off ebay,
just over a month later it developed a fault
so the people I contacted first was Extech to
see what to do about a warranty claim.

They said contact the seller to see if they could
offer me a replacement which I did but they couldn't,
the seller did offer me a refund even though it was
outside of his 1 month refund policy.  :-+

So I contacted Extech again to let them know he could not replace it
and they sent me spanky new EX330 which I received today

Interesting to note Flir and Extech are linked somehow as the emails I received
while dealing with this came from a Flir.com email addy.

I wont hesitate to recommend them to people in the future.

Flir owns them.
I delete PMs unread. If you have something to say, say it in public.
