Accessing internal memory of a Keysight U9391C Comb Generator

Hi. This is a long shot, but since I can't seem to post questions on the Keysight discussion forums, here I am.

Is there a way to access the internal memory of a Keysight U9391C Comb Generator in order to obtain its phase-vs-frequency characteristics (the phase standard)? Maybe a remote command to query this data?

Yes, an SCPI command would do, but (and I could be totally wrong here) AFAIK the U9391C doesn't have an SCPI command interface. At least none of the manuals I found mention any SCPI commands.
