Title: Acqiris/Agilent PCI Digitizers - Oscilloscope card
Post by: psykok on September 04, 2014, 08:41:15 am
Hi,

I just found an old Acqiris DP250 (now Agilent) PCI Digitizers card im my stock:

http://www.keysight.com/en/pd-1183048-pn-U1069A/acqiris-8-bit-high-speed-pci-digitizers?cc=US&lc=eng (http://www.keysight.com/en/pd-1183048-pn-U1069A/acqiris-8-bit-high-speed-pci-digitizers?cc=US&lc=eng)

It seems that this card can just turn any pc in a nice DSO.
Has any one some experience with such systems?

Regards,

Alex

Yes - I have a couple of 500Mhz versions in a box.

I used them a few years ago - depending on the configuration they can have large memory and the ability to perform interval captures. I.e. Multiple frames of high speed capture with delays between frames.

They have a 50ohm input ( well mine do )

Linux was my OS of choice for those.

The SDK came with a simple oscilloscope app as far as I recall.

Old thread but:

I have now how one of these, the most basic one, single channel, 500Msps. A DP105

Reads like it shouldn't, but does anyone know if these can or can be 'made' to run continuously at lower sample rates? So continuous acquisition at say 100Msps?
