ADS1102CNL update SDS1102CNL EasyscopeX problem

I know it's old and not that high spec, but I think it's more than enough for me as the first scope, which I brought it about $50 incl shipping.
And it come to me everythings seem fine

The system status said:
Software Version: 3.01.01.21
Hardware Version: 3-41-1.61
Product Type: ADS1102CAL
SERIES: 01020100300734

and I learn that the ATTEN ADS1102CNL is more or less the same to Sigilent SDS1102CNL, and it can be SDS1102CML if I solder a SRAM chip on it, it will has 2Mpts long memory function, nice!

So the next thing I did was update it to newer SDS1102CNL firmware,

From the below link, I learn that ADS1102CAL can use EasyScopeX or WaveStudio after flash the SDS1102CNL firmware...

I've got the ATTEN ADS 1102CAL that I brought secondhand from a local ham radio fest for $275 and I was warned about some of the original firmware issues as it had vers 301.01.01.213 installed when I got it and then I decided to upgrade the firmware based on what I was reading on this forum post and a similar one on this site and upgraded mine to Siglent SDS1102CNL vers 5.01.02.29 which works a treat when you follow the instructions of flashing the firmware first then reboot and then cfg file and reboot again and then do self calibration of the unit, so mine now is basically a Siglent SDS1102CNL and I can't use the original ATTEN ADS 2202CAL USB drivers as it has also upgraded USB flash EEPROM and now identifies itself as an SDS1102CNL when it's plugged into a Windows 7 or 10 based PC, is there anyway I can use this DSO on a PC because there is no known USB drivers for the SDS1102CNL to be able to use this with EasyScope vers 3?

Thanks, I've got it all going under Windows 10 now.  ;D

UPDATE: The latest firmware for the Siglent SDS1102CNL is ver 5.01.02.32 and I found it on here:

http://www.siglentamerica.com/USA_website_2014/Firmware&Software/firmware/SDS1000CNL_SSP_V100R005B01D02P32%20(3).rar

Also I don't think too highly of  EasyScopeX as the interface looks very cheap so I opted to use the Teledyne LeCroy version which they call WaveStudio which looks more polished and professional then EasyScopeX and works quite well with my DSO.

Download WaveStudio and NI VISA downloader from here:

here is another flash ADS1102CNL to SDS1102CNL and use EasyScopeX and WaveStudio without any problem

I think I installed the NI-Visa driver properly,  I can see a device in devices manager, and NI-Max can detect the scope and send command, but the only command it responses is "*IDN?". EasyScopeX list the scope at "add device", but it will prompt "fail to connect to the device".

And I notice one things, after they flashed the SDS1102CNL firmware, they scope's product type changed to SDS1102CAL and mine is not.
At first, it's no "type" at all, and the power on splash is totally white, then I flash a "Atten_CAL.cfg" download from the forum, both power on "ATTEN" splash and the product type in system status came back, ADS1102 still. So do I need to flash a "SDS1102CNL.cfg" in order to let EasyScopeX recognize my machine?

Possibly.  :-//

Try this file.

Thanks. I've view a lot of related thread and almost all of their problem is answer by you, so is mine!
Problem sovled!

I've ordered the missing SRAM chip to have it became SDS1102CML, so I guess I will need a SDS1102CML.cfg as well then?

You did the homework so a little push was in order. Here is the CML cfg. Beware, IIRC CNL lets you go to 200MHz and CML only does 150MHz. Don't know if that is relevant for you.

I soldered the 2M sram IC to the PCB with quite some effort... but everything seem fine, I have my sds1102cml now. Thank you for everything, the patch firmware and all the kind replies. :-+
