Hello experts,
I got a Caliration Error [801] which is "LOG LINEARITY: Calibration failure." when I warmed up my R3132 after 30 mins or more. But if I turned off the machine and powered up it after cooling down, then tried to do "Cal All" just after powered up, every thing was fine. Anyone knows what's the problem?
