Title: Advantest R3267 an RF microwave MMIC

Hi, everyone:
      Does anyone know the specific parameters and models of the RF microwave cross device in the attached picture?
Its silk screen mark is 2i, a ceramic cross device, SMT86 Package that it is applied to the RF module of Advantech R3267 spectrum analyzer
      I posted a request in other sections but no one responded
      Anyone have any suggestions?
